PAYMENT POLICY
To reserve your week, we require half of the rental fee, plus the security deposit ($350) immediately upon booking confirmation
The remainder of the of the rental fee and taxes are due 30 days prior to your rental date

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 45+ days prior to rental date:
Renter receives full refund minus $100 cancellation fee
Cancellation 45-30 days prior to rental date:
If Owner is able to re-rent property, renter receives a refund of the rental fee already paid minus $100 cancellation fee (security deposit refunded)
If Owner is unable to re-rent property, renter forfeits 100% of rental fee already paid (security deposit refunded)
Cancellation less than 30 days from rental date:
Renter forfeits 100% of rental fee, unless Owner is able to re-rent property minus $100 cancellation fee (security deposit refunded)
*security deposit always refunded if week canceled
